Music now working

Oh my Gosh so now I m really in love with this program So after I wrote my review I was really frustrated and thought maybe it might be my computer and went to my storage and got my other computer started it up and 1st thing I checked my email and went into check to see it I had any other replys from smartshow 3d and sure enough a month ago I had a reply to say check and see if I need to convert my music from mp3 to wma or wav It worked it really worked So now Im cooking with crisco and I ve found my templates that are great too Thank you so much for addressing my needs you guys ROCK Very happy I really love using this program however when I try to upload my music it will not load I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no go This really sucks cause I havent found any other program close to Pro Show Gold and this was close Please Advise

I have made many of my friends and more so family members very happy with all my creations using your product SmartSHOW 3D now they even ask me whats my next creation about I most say your product makes me look good every time I produce a video

GREAT SLIDESHOW PROGRAM GREAT SUPPORT

The SmartShow 3D slideshow is simply the best after leaving ProShow Producer I did much research I was unsure if I would like the templates I never used any before They take 5-10 minutes to make and a WIDE variety I like the ones with less distractions and there are many of these Making my own slideshows is easy to do There are many prompts at the top of pages answering questions The SUPPORT STAFF make the program GREAT I always look for this with a slideshow program I always get an answer within a few days or sooner I could not ask for better support I would highly recommend SmartShow 3D

Very easy to use software

Very easy to use software I was looking for one that did cinemagraphs easily without being a media expert Software was also able to render my videos without the need of a sophisticated video card However keep in mind my videos are very simple

Love this company and their product I was making a slideshow for my parent s 45th anniversary I hit a bump in the road because I could not figure out why my PC could not read the file after it was downloaded Valentine Carter at customer service with the assist He was able to give me step by step instructions and attached pictures Most helpful indeed

Very easy software program

SmartShow 3D is very easy and in 1 2 3 you make an excellent slide show o movie no freeze no error the first software that does not lie and works without problems

I have been using the Snartshow 3D since 2011 I like to take photos of my grandchildren and used Smartshow 3D to convert to video and enjoy the show with my family and friends The new version comes with a lot of new feathers easy to use and more fun
