I m an avid slimfast user shakes and bars are delicious Waiting delivery of the ready made white chocolate and raspberry

321 kick start

I started slimfast a couple of months ago to kick start my weight loss as I was trying by eating healthy n exercising but not getting results this is great 321 plan I have now lost 14 pounds love having my shakes favourite is raspberry white choc at the moment

I love Slimfast shakes especially the Caff Latte one and have one every day for breakfast Since starting back in January 2023 I am just 3lb off losing 2 stone My BMI is now in the normal range and I feel much better 321 model helped me evenly distribute my calories throughout the day and my relationship with food is much better now
