Bought the caramel shake powder from my local B M on Wednesday Was really excited to use it on Thursday as my first proper diet day Opened the tin to find there was no scoop in there so I couldn t use it was pretty miffed off as I d set myself a goal to start my diet and start drinking the tasty shakes I tipped the powder into another container to see if the scoop was at the bottom but it wasn t I called the helpline and spoke to a lovely woman she said she would get a scoop out to me ASAP to be delivered on Saturday 2nd April she also said because I couldn t use the powder I d bought she would send me a gesture of good will via email presumably a gift voucher so I could go and buy some more No email received and I still haven t started my diet it s hard to get into the mindset of actually wanting to start a diet anyway - so not being able to when you re mentally prepared is awful so now I m having a share bag of minstrels Thanks to Slimfast holiday in 12 weeks and still fat I could ve been 3 days into my shakes by now I d give them 1 star but I ve had the powder before caramel and it s so tasty So disappointed I couldn t use my shake and still can t as I ve not had the delivery or a voucher

I ve been using the Slimfast Shakes for years but their new recipes are terrible They seem to have put more colour in and less flavour - especially the banana Please go back to your old recipe

Have used slimfast successfully for 3 years and have lost 8 stone However since they ve changed the formula the flavours either have no taste or taste different Not good Disappointing

I ordered a tin of chocolate slimfast powder best before Jan 23 I have just had one and it tastes chemically and has a bad odour that smells of paint I now feel sick and keep burping up air that smells of paint Surely this is not normal I m now worried it has been contaminated with something

Bought the keto chocolate shake purely to mix with my iced coffee as per my keto diet and opened the tub and it was literally half full Slimfast should be ashamed of themselves in this era of recognising plastic waste and customer satisfaction and reviews It doesn t mix well in water either So I won t be buying that again grrr

I have been enjoying the chunky chocolate slimfast shake for months I even bought the massage 50 servings one but they have changed the recipe and yuk I ve got a new 50 servings to get through now and I just don t like it it is like drinking sludge I m really disappointed and won t be buying any more good bye slimfast I hope this message reaches the right people at the top Jenny Poyner

Bought the SlimFast Vanilla Shake 204 kcal bottle It is low calorie and convenient to carry around but I really struggled to drink it it was extremely sweet I used to love the taste but now it leaves lingering chemical aftertaste Rather have an unsweetened version and let people add sweeteners if they want to

Recently started the slim fast shakes I ve had the banana one and the raspberry and white choc The sugar content of 21g has put me off buying anymore when these are finished There doesn t need to be that much sugar in a product that is supposed to be a weight loss product Why can t the sugar be reduced How can it be 1g in slim fast when it says 21g per serving They do taste extremely sweet which is too much and probably won t help with actually losing weight
