Ok this casino is up and down like most I ve hit a major jackpot and they paid out It was only 1200 00 a day and some days it would pay that day and sometimes it wouldnt I ve played so much I hit the diamond elite member status which is the highest level you can reach They change there policies to try and keep your money on there sight in hopes you will continue to gamble and give it back bc every time I ve went from winning and then they screwed me over on cashing out If I try to go back and gamble some of that again I can t win one time on any game when I say when I m talking about one spin winning anythingI so it s a little obvious and ridiculous so you can take your chances they have paid me out most of it but they really do make it difficult to cash out

Tried to update my phone number and they disabled my account now I can t log in The customer service number doesn t work I just wanted to update my number so I can withdraw my funds Has anyone else had this problem I have been a loyal player for years this makes no sense
