False advertisement worst customer service

1st their offices are advertised in New York NY When I got my shipping notification it stated the bag was coming from a warehouse in China The bag I recieved did not look like the bag they have pictured on their website I watched videos of unboxings the company made for each bag My purchase did not come with the same gift box dust bag or leather care card like they advertised for all of their bags Mine just came in a cheap cardboard box with a similar but not same bag wrapped on plastic I wanted to ask them why and if I could get the actual bag I paid for I tried every phone number they have listed and they are all not in service I emailed a couple of their email addresses with my questions All they did repeatedly is reply with an auto generated email about how to return the bag I emailed a few more times with different questions but I continued to get the same email in return Noone would talk to me I then DMd them on FB meesanger and Instagram Still nobody would help me I sent comments on all their advertisements No response I tried all the numbers again and still none of them work I gave up and returned the bag and they did refund my money but I am still trying to get ahold of them to find out why my bag was different than the advertisement They have now blocked me on all social media WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Chemical smell can t be healthy

I ordered a bag which horribly smells like chemicals Even my other clothings in the wardrobe began to smell after a day Leaving it in the fresh air for 2 weeks also didn t help The products of Slowline Bag can t be healthy

I ordered a tote insert from Slowline It was much bigger than I had expected So I returned it the very next day Sent them an email with the USPS confirmation They did not refund my money despite having received the product and despite several reminders from me I also tried to call them but no response I have given up on my refund

Warning Fraud alert They didn t send me the right product AND they made me pay for returning it they didn t reimburse me for shipping and I still have not received reimbursement for the product I paid for warning I would not lose your money with this company

Slowline bag was not what I expected Leather was shiny and looked like plastic and proportions of bag were off so appearance just looked odd I followed all instructions to return the item and tracking number indicates it was received at address provided by Slowline but now Slowline won t refund to my credit card Multiple attempts to reach their customer service have been unsuccessful Buyer beware

DO NOT BUY WHATEVER YOU DO This is actually the biggest scam ever I never received my package and they truly have the worst customer service I ve ever dealt with I am just trying to receive a refund or replacement and despite months of trying no one will help me I am not of the financial stability to be out of this money so I am not giving up but boy is it exhausting
