This company has robbed me

This company has robbed me I received my I phone 7 but the WiFi would not work on the phone I sent it back and now 7 months later still can t get a refund They are extremely hard to communicate with No one will answer the phone And email seem to Robotic because I now have 2 or 3 creates return case numbers And they promised a refund if I could show my recipt and I did but a month later they have not delivered on there promise That s unexpectable

Do NOT order from this company

I placed an order for my 13 yo birthday gift Iphone He was so excited but when we took it to Verizon they said they couldn t activate - it was locked by owner Can t call this company I don t speak French - sent phone back after finally getting email They received it on Nov 21 It is now 12 14 I have not received my refund Not to mention I had ordered earbuds never received those either They emailed me on 12 8 that they received the phone would get my refund in a timely manner- 200 is a lot to be waiting on Please don t order it s just headaches

My iPad mini wasn t working properly

My iPad mini wasn t working properly when I received it I tried to use it for a while but it kept re-starting They wanted me to send it back and arranged for this Some of the websites they sent don t work like where to find my warranty The timeframe to send back 5 days elapsed and now when I try to contact them they don t reply FNAC have tried to contact them nothing The number they gave saying they were available gives a message saying to write to them no option to leave a message or speak to someone I wonder if they are still even operating or have closed

no refund

I sent this phone a couple days and they said that I m gonna receive my money back in a week it s passed a week and I still didn t get my money back it s really hard contacting them like their website doesn t exist anymore

Terrible company

I bought 2 iPhone 6 s in spring 2019 and they ve worked great I bought another one in Oct 2019 Started crashing within 10 days I contacted the company to return the phone They sent me the return label and I sent the phone back I ordered another phone before getting the refund because I didn t want my husband to be without a phone The new phone has been working perfectly However I never received the refund and now the website is down and no one will respond to my emails

I ordered 3 phones from smarter phone

I ordered 3 phones from smarter phone The battery went south on 2 almost immediately and the mother board on one of them fries and I am unable to contact anyone to get the phone replaced I get countless email to rate this company yet I cannot access them

The phone I ordered came with fast

The phone I ordered came with fast shipping was exactly what I ordered but the phone did not work properly The GPS location did not work at all and the phone kept saying no service I have sent 10 emails about this problem and the website has been saying down for scheduled maintenance for almost 2 weeks and haven t once gotten a reply Totally 100 unsatisfied with my purchase

Do not buy

They offer a 1 year warranty which is false After 6 months my iPhone stopped working theoretically they should answer my complaint within 24 hours but after a week I have still no answer They have robbed me as I need to buy another phone of course never ever to them again

Smarter360 is a Turkish company who s warranties are worthless

This company Smarter360 is located in the country of Turkey They do not honor warranties or even respond to communications from their American representatives such as Walmart I do not believe that either Amazon nor Walmart should do business with the seller because of their lack of regard for representations made about the quality of the phones Refurbished phones do not come with original Apple batteries and their substitutes are unreliable In summary even though you may think that you are saving money you are not Do not do business with Smarter360

Cannot trust this company Terrible business They stole my money

I purchased a refurbished phone from their website It stated free returns Upon receiving the phone I decided we no longer wanted it I followed the instructions to return it I never got a refund When I contacted them again I was told to log into the customer portal there is none I contacted them again and they never responded so they now have the phone and my 200 I would NEVER recommend them They are a very dishonest company
