Phone battery sucks

I ordered an iPhone 6plus and forgot the password to it but smarter helped me to return it I got a new iPhone but with some scratches and dents on the side but it was reasonable The phone was kind of laggy The battery on the phone was not the best I wouldn t recommend people who like long lasting batter phones to get this phone

I tried to bye a Samsung note of them and every time it said that the transaction had failed The next day I bought a different phone on a different website and found that I had insouciant funds in the account that I was using I phoned up my bank and they said that a transaction was put through Now I am trying to cancel my order and have had no reply and nobody seems to know how to pick up the phone in the customer service or their lack of department Should have checked the reviews I did eventually get a full refund even before i managed to get it in the post and was phoned me up directly for a helpful chat

Great product slow shipping

After multiple emails with Smart finally they have sent the item on next day service If you want to purchase a great product at a great price definitely I will recommend the company but be prepared to wait for at least 2 weeks and lack of information Even if they provide a tracking number takes two days to be really functional Kwon this I will use them again but I have to recommend to the company to improve the communication and customer experience as it is terrible

I received my phone on the date UPS

I received my phone on the date UPS gave me took a week to get here and everything went smooth the only problems are the phone came with the battery uncharged and my power button has a mind of its own it goes to lock screen by its self and when it does that I have to unlock my phone again but when I press the home button it takes a screenshot and I have to press the home button several times to unlock my phone this is the only problem but besides that I love my phone I order it Basic Grade and it came with no visible scratches but please help me fix that one problem with my power button

Customer Service Communication Issues

Received a phone that didn t work Customer support had me send it back for an exchange That was almost two weeks ago I ve repeatedly contacted customer service but all I ve received are responses like With this message we confirm that we have restarted our warehouses in order to speed up the return process and finally obtain your exchange What does that mean Still have received no confirmation of any kind After posting this I was contacted by customer service and it sounds like the problem is going to be resolved Changing my rating accordingly and will be updating if and when I receive the device

I ordered an IPhone 6S premium and is was in excellent condition and for that i give it a 5 star rating However along side the phone i ordered i also ordered ear buds and did not recieve them I have messaged them and told them I have not recieved those earbuds 2 times now and still no reply i just have an email that shows the full order has been delivered

Phone works great - however the cable provided to charge isn t official and you get the unsupported accessory message when you try to charge with the cable they gave

Never had issues with my orders but customer service needs improvement and also website updates There are times I chat with representatives about phones and I m been told its available but never on the website

My phone did not come on scheduled delivery date it was my wife s bday present The phone came the day after her bday The accessories I order with the phone took 3 weeks to correct She likes the phone Ear buds volume never worked with the phone

Headache to return

Even tho it was stated phone would work with any service completely unlocked it did not work on Cellular One Upon calling to return phone there was a slow handling of the matter once phone was returned From time that it was shown signed for to credit back to my card was almost 3 weeks I kept getting the same email back that they couldn t get warehouse to locate to confirm Finally after much persistence I was finally credited The process was handled horribly by the customer service department
