Inconsistent

My first interaction with this company was really good and everyone was very sweet but recently I have been trying to place an order and it will not go through and I ve emailed them about 5 times and no one responded

The phone just isn t as good as I hoped I constantly have to leave it on the charger and sometimes the battery just dumps from 80 to 2 for no reason I guess refurbished is not the way to go for a phone Respectfully

We had a ton of trouble getting the

We had a ton of trouble getting the correct phone I had to send back a phone twice as it was not compatible with our service I did order the correct phone It took about 10 days to get a new phone once I sent the phone back Once we received the third phone it was correct All in all it took a month to get the correct phone Customer Service was a nightmare to deal with They couldn t give us any answers or they would say Oh the phone will ship within 48 hours Then 48 hours later I would call again and they would say the exact same thing

Received the iPhone and everything was

Received the iPhone and everything was fine phone looked good but within a day the people I called could not hear me talk So I sent it back and received another one and everything worked for a while Now I can barely hear people on the phone through my speaker and my battery has started to die within minutes of every charging So I guess I just threw away over 200 dollars with this company

Would not recommend

Would not recommend With the first phone I ordered I ordered a lightning to 3mm jack adapter for standard headphones When the phone arrived the adapter I ordered was not included I called and they said they would credit my account but never did The phone arrived and was defective had no sound Returned it and it took almost 2 weeks to get the replacement The replacement did work with no issues I never received the adapter or the credit for it

The phone worked fine for about a month then many things on the phone just stopped working like the on off button And out phone service that was always good is horrible now They think it is the phone

Very Bad customer service Although the equipment is working fine so far

Phone did not work properly

Phone did not work properly Apple said the glass interface was probably defective and not reactive to touch as it should be The phone was sold to me not in a workable condition I had to get another one

Great phone very poor service

Great phone but ordered 2 of the accessories and have never received Called on then and never received again Now I have to email smarter co since they do not take calls Very poor to no customer service

iphone 6s poor not as ordered

Didn t receive phone in condition it was ordered It was very difficult to figure out how to connect with customer service in an efficient way as website was down
