The phone I recieved was as advertised No scratches or blemishes and was nicely packaged The down side was that it was difficult to know what carrier type and what where the phone could be used The phone came out of the south Pacific I m in the USA so the phone software had to be updated to work in the US and I had to choose a different network carrier then what the website claimed Bottom line the information on the english website is greatly lacking adding to some guessing as to if the phone will work
