The bad reviews worried me as the doctor did in fact take a day to review my case whereas the website said they aim for 2hrs or less and that the service is a third of the price of a regular GP visit which seemed too good to be true but I rang my pharmacy and they confirmed they have my prescription Thank you so much for this amazing service
