Deeply disappointing experience with Social ads Factory I had initially trusted Syaf and his team to manage our social media advertising campaign Unfortunately the service provided was far below any acceptable standard Firstly the quality of the ads produced was extremely poor Shockingly one of the ads even contained another clinic s logo which is not only unprofessional but also damaging to our brand Additionally rather than creating new and unique content as promised the company simply recycled old ads making the entire campaign feel lazy and uninspired Throughout the process the attitude from Syaf was unprofessional defensive and dismissive Whenever concerns were raised they were met with hostility instead of a willingness to resolve the issues This lack of accountability and refusal to make things right was extremely frustrating To top it off the entire process felt like a borderline scam The promises made during the sales process were completely different from the service that was actually delivered It seemed as though your priority was collecting payment rather than providing the quality and professionalism you claimed I strongly urge others to be cautious when considering Social Ads Factory My experience was far from satisfactory and I hope that this feedback encourages necessary improvements on your end
