They arrived quickly but don t stay up

They arrived quickly looked good at first were nice and long knee high but they don t stay up They almost become ankle socks which defeats the object of buying long socks At least they were cheap

Order 526666 19 10 2024 I would love to give a review when I eventually receive my order as above dated 19 10 24 Received an email stating it was on its way dated 21st October delivery 48 hours It is now 29 October stll waiting

No delivery or contact

I ordered 6 pairs of socks nearly 3 weeks ago and I haven t heard anything from the company nor have I received my order Very disappointed

I will start by saying that I ordered

I will start by saying that I ordered the wrong size item Trying to contact you is extremely frustrating The contact number you give is just crazy You are straight away given a message that no one is available please leave a message this is repeated whichever of the three choices offered are chosen After waiting a few days with no contact I tried the e-mail route I explained fully the issue making sure you were aware it was my error in ordering The reply I received eventually took the line of so sorry we sent you the wrong order and asked for details of despatcher This had all taken over a week and I decided to just send the item back and get a refund I would have preferred to have a replacement but again no forms to enter reason for return or chance to get a replacement Only good part of this is I got a refund Never again

Order at your peril

I specifically ordered some light blue legwarmers and the order also confirmed the colour I was sent grey instead so I returned them I asked for a full refund as it was the company s error sending me the wrong colour The alternative option to a refund would be to resend the correct colour as requested Instead I have received a 50 refund which is not acceptable Unless this matter can be put right then I cannot even give this company one star I am very disappointed and suggest potential customers think twice before ordering from this company as they will rip you off

I ordered THMO Leggings just a crushed piece of cardboard says THMO the label inside the Leggings says HeatGuard IS THIS MISS SELLING I ordered THMO and paid for the brand Highly suspicious behaviour for a company to selling knock off because I have original THMO that I bought last year I would avoid any further purchases

Poor quality

I received the socks on time that was not an issue I m not happy with the quality of the socks They have started to come apart from the heal area I had ordered them for my mum as she is dibetic but the quality has really let it down I wont be ordering from yourselves in future again Really disappointed

If I could give zero I would Horrible company and horrible support team Not once but TWICE they sent me the wrong order knowing full well that the item I had ordered was no longer in stock They must be having cash flow issues I m in the process of having to return the item I didn t ask for If they don t refund the postage they made me pay twice they deserve nothing other than liquidation And the generic copy and paste replies on these Trustpilot reviews speaks volumes Best Jamie

I wrote a review on here explaining about the quality of the products I received I then received a reply on trustpilot apologising and asking me to contact them directly to resolve it I did this and they never replied to me again Bad customer service
