Knee length socks different lengths Thought it was my fault LT initially as definitely have one calf bigger than the other Wore the socks like that then next time put on different fit- still one different from the other so socks not my calf

Socks not as good as what I thought they would be The grip is not as good as some I have bought off of Amazon The socks look like they have been thrown together Not great quality which let them down as they look so great online

Description of product was poor had previously bought a lightweight trainer sock and ended up with a heavyweight product that is disappointing

Good service from sock snob prompt dispatch but a shame they use Evri Ordered item 19th December and still not received

Delivery good Product not so good Pink dog socks have lots of loops on the inside and they keep catching on my toes actually cutting the base of my little toe One of ggd grey stripy socks had a hole in them

At first I was pleased to have discovered Sock Snob but later I felt on edge dealing with them In places the company seemed still to be finding its feet and quite amateur I gave up on my first attempt to place an order as the site refused to apply an offer code It said it had applied it but the price did not change I was told that the site had been updated so I tried again This time the order was delayed by Evri who seemed to abandon it part way through their delivery process When I notified Sock Snob about it the initial response eventually was a standard response instructing me to do things which I had told Sock Snob I had already done I replied to this and a different person responded who was more helpful When I did get them unfortunately the socks were unsuitable As I had had to try on one pair I had to keep those even though I can t use them but I returned two other pairs The return was processed promptly but the fact that an amount for return postage would be deducted should have been more openly presented i e mentioned in the returns process not just in the terms and conditions and the deduction should then have been itemised on the returns invoice There was no form provided on which to express whether the return was for an exchange or a refund I had to copy the original invoice and write a note on it

The cap had one button broken so strap was half off Lovely colour tho need to pad it as bit big as I ve no hair

The inside of the socks is not well finished lots of loose straggly ends that you catch your toes and toenails in You have to roll them to the toe and back again to put on Although they are quite thick and warm they are NOT diabetic or soft top socks The tops are elasticated and leave ring marks round the ankles I would have returned but can t scan the QR code i can t get a return label so would need to get a ferry to the mainalnd to take them to a pickup point I bought three sets as they looked exactly what I wanted I was going to return the two sets I hadn t opened Not worth the effort of having to go off the island where I live to take them to a pick up point A return sticker in the envelope would have been a big helo but of course they don t give you that because they don t want you to return their nasty socks Two stars one for price and one for warmth but I am having to cut the tops with scissors to wear them

Nice looking work socks however in use quality seems poor as after only a week of wear all pairs had gone bobbly and two individual socks had developed holes in the toe cap stitching

I ordered 3 packs of the same socks same colour Good price and delivery was quick but they sent 2 packs of the wrong colour I emailed them 3 times over 2 weeks at the support email that was listed in the parcel and on their website and got no reply each time Luckily they were the same type of socks just wrong colour so at this point I ve just kept them but not happy to have had all my emails ignored
