Really love my sofa and loveseat

I was able to choose the exact sofa loveseat I wanted from the online webpage The choice of the fabric I wanted was easy as well I requested numerous fabric samples ordered the items and received them in a timely manner The delivery went very well and I am very satisfied The sofa loveseat are exceptionally comfortable and I have received many compliments on them

Most of my experience was all online with little human interaction Once it can time for delivery and getting updates on the orders progress is when I relied on human support They kept me in the loop and made it easy for last minute order adjustment This is just a review of sofas and sectionals and not the furniture I purchased Which is less than stellar Cat napper with Mechanical recline heat and message The reclining part is ok but don t expect much in the heat and message department

I was nervous to order a sectional sight unseen Between the fabric swatches and the phone calls with company representatives I got the sofa ordered It arrived earlier than expected and it is great quality and exceeded my expectations There was a snafu with white glove shipping and we had to get it in the house ourselves But sofas and sectionals apologized even though it was the cargo company s fault and refunded the cost of that service Great experience

We were a little anxious at first ordering online something as personal and expensive as a sofa but we were glad we did and did so from Sofas and Sectionals The sales and customer service teams were very helpful and understanding of our needs through the entire process from selection to delivery We ordered our sofa late last year and just had our sofa delivered due to extended wait times from COVID The quality was excellent as we expected The sofa was delivered by professionals The price was just as nice much lower than what we could find locally We will definetly keep Sofas and Sectionals in mind for all our furniture needs Good deal

I found the sofa and recliner in a showroom in Austin and then found it online at Sofas and Sectionals for much less I took a chance and ordered The whole experience was pleasant The sofa did have some damage when it was delivered no fault of Sofas and Sectionals but once I reported it they quickly had a technician inspector come out The sofa was replaced and I was able to continue to use the first sofa until the replacement arrived Overall very pleasant experience

Smooth Process

The process was smooth from start to finish and the customer service was exceptional Our sectional came exactly as we ordered it and I m writing this review sitting on it The team at Sofas and Sectionals were forthright about shipping delays due to Covid-19 but our products still arrived well before the quoted timeline
