Not Genuine Key does not work on office com Ignored Refund Request 3x before I called Ccard Company DID start refund on 4th request 3 days after this was posted
This Company does not sell genuine Microsoft keys like other sites I have used Office com does not recognize the keys They take you to their own download site for you to download a exe file that even Defender red flags as not trusted do not open It may very well be software modified to add languages but I explained I do not want to have to go to their shady site that may not even be open in 6 months to download a modified Office product I want a genuine Microsoft key I can use to download off of Office com like a real key would do like my other key does When I explained this nicely over three emails and asked for a refund in each email they ironically ignored my refund request while consistenly trying to authenticate their integrity Update After my third email asking for refund selective-hearing Sam finally acknowledged what I was asking for and said a refund would be processed I waited 3 days and nothing had started pending on my card Some other employee Sara emailed me as if I were a customer offering me remote support or to exchange my product for another product No mention of the refund that had been promised by the Sam 3 days earlier I replied back that I was not a customer her company had took my money I did not use the product was told I was being refunded and had not I had already bought a genuine key from Turnkey a Point who I have used before and so I would file the chargeback after my credit cards 5 day waiting period they give for the business to resolve the issue and that my review would stand so a factual account of what they did and how they handled my return was available Then all the sudden I get 3 emails that a refund has been processed We ll see if it posts but at this point I have removed the scam from the review as they did days later start processing my refund after now 5 messages over 3 days and a trustpilot review
