Received software and clear details of how to install very promptly also a follow up support call from Mark to make sure all is as expected Great service thanks guys

I Spoke with Drake who took me through the install process of visio which was having an issue He was very patient and helpful and we got the product installed

Easy access to and use of website to download an update to Windows 10 for an older computer Download and installation takes a while but program now working absolutely fine Friendly email from Charles at Customer Support offering any technical assistance required though not currently necessary All worked well

Ordered a Win10 Pro version due to an MS update causing endless problems with my Win10 Pro version I was running and unable to find my product key Order process very simple Paid for and received email with product code within minutes Had initial issue creating a bootable USB as one of the issues caused by the MS update was losing all internet access Contacted Drake via online chat who sent a link for the Win10 download to be created on USB stick Whole process was very simple Would highly recommend and would use again if required

Really well product works like it should I purchased Windows 11 for my brand new gaming PC and it works perfect Charles from the support team walked me through the whole process to install and get it working for my computer 10 10

When I needed help they got back to me promptly and were able to install the software for me I did find the email a little crowed with directions I am not real techy so it was a little hard for me That is why I needed help

Amazing customer support

I needed to upgrade my Old Dell XP from Windows 7 to 10 for a program I needed to run I had problems with the Microsoft site and could not get it running After buying a licensed copy from MS Office Store The install could not have gone better Works perfect and Charles with customer support reached out to make sure all was well with the install Nice
