Immediately after installing Windows 10 I had a mail from Win Zip saying I needed to install 10 updates How was this necessary

Ordered 10 keys and only 9 worked Spent time online with their support and an hour on the phone with Microsoft and still this rogue key would not activate Over 50 quid out of pocket as a result 9 10

Got there in the end

initial set up went well but couldn t authenticate final part remoted into PC 4 times but was still unable to authenticate However a call to authenticate over the phone worked Guys were very helpful friendly and professional throughout

Never received my email with details on it Called the office number and was told to wait 20 Mins then chat to the online facility After 30 I chatted to the online to be told to wait for the email After 3 hours I went back to online chat and they then sent me the link in the chat box why was this not done in original chat

The second person who I contacted to

The second person who I contacted to help install the programme I had to remind him I was an elderly person not very computer literate and would cease the contact He then changed and the programme was installed I think before the session starts the chat person should try and establish who they might be engaging with I hope this helps Malcolm

windows 7 to 10 upgrade

The teamviewer staff were very helpful patient and worked for three days to get my computer upgraded from windows 7 to 10 However they did not achieve this and I was refunded my windows 10 I couldn t give any more time to this and will continue to use windows 7 I couldn t fault their attitude and commitment but it did not work out

An Experience not to be repeated

5 stars for Charles and the Support team but zero for the buying experience It took 7 downloads over 2 days and over 13 hours of on-line chat support to access the product and even now my Microsoft Account is inaccessible Without the persistence of Charles I would be writing a 1 start review How hard can it be to sell a software programme

Not as good as it could have been

The purchase process was straightforward but there was no CD provided and the instructions in the e-mail were not clear or comprehensive I had to resort to the chatline function which was helpful
