My apartment is so beautiful it lights up my day I have ordered 5 plants from here and I have more on my wishlist for when they go on sale

Offered promotion was a hoax

I ordered during their buy 3 get 1 free promotion It took almost a month for me to receive my plants which I was understanding about because of the holiday season however when I received my package I only received 2 plants When I reached out to the company their solution was to offer me a gift card for the 1 missing plant 5 dollars So not only would I not be getting my free plant but I would have to pay for shipping to order another plant When I replied that I would be willing to wait and receive the 2 other plants or I would prefer a refund but not a gift card they refunded me Clearly that was the cheaper option for them and I see from other reviews of the company that this was something they did to others as well

SCAM

BUYER BEWARE SCAM THEY RESELL YOU PLANTS AT OVER DOUBLE THE COST I ordered a plant for 35 I waited an extremely long time for the item to be shipped only to receive a completely different plant which came with HOME DEPOT tags still on it as well as a Home Depot price tag of 12 98 They are now refusing to refund me and ignoring my emails Stay away from this scamming company Update to this review they issued me a FULL refund

Missing items never received

I received my order with missing items I reached out to customer support twice First to inform them of the missing items I was told that the fulfillment team will ship the items out to me About a week later I followed up on the shipment and was told I would be personally notified Although the response to my inquires were timely it has been over a month since my order was delivered incomplete I feel that I have given this company enough time to fulfill my order I sent my last email asking for a refund and have not received a response I am disappointed with my experience

Dead plants and incomplete orders

I bought four plants for myself and one plant for my brother and his wife All were delivered but three from my order were dead and the one I sent them was dead They gave me store credit for my order and I bought three pots Only one pot was delivered I was told the other pots would be sent but the email stating so was very unprofessional and I didn t receive a confirmation I m also not getting any responses in the last couple of weeks

Unfortunately the experience was bad one My plant had a ticker that s not supposed to be there marked 5 98 for the plant that I bought with 30 and the customer service suggested I encourage you to google every single plant website online and compare pricing I will not do the business with them again

Plants dead upon arrival

Ordered four plants in December All four plants were damaged when they arrived - looked like from extreme cold temperatures I reached out to the company and provided photos at which point they said they would replace the plants A month has passed and I still haven t received my replacement plants I have followed up twice via email and have received no response

Never Received My Order

Never Received My Order or Any Response I ordered during the buy 3 get one free - many many weeks ago and have received nothing I ve emailed twice - once to request an update and once to please cancel my order and refund my money No response
