NOT IMPRESSED an employee calls me asks if XANDAR SOLAR got in touch with me I say NOPE He calls them says they will call me quickly Nothing He sends me an email with 2 others that will give you a kickback and tells me to call them Then he says please give me an excellent rating um For What

It didn t give me an estimate without getting lots of Solar companies contacting me and trying to sell me their equipment

The sales person that called to help

The sales person that called to help move it along was great So far no one has contacted me to get to the next step There was a technical problem using the online estimate feature I could not see my home on the map I was directed to to pinpoint my roof so the estimate was pretty useless

it seems like the solar industry does

it seems like the solar industry does not consider low budget start up systems first they all want to start with the top model first Not good and drives potential solar customers away immediately and lose interest in the product quickly Doug T

Response was quick

Response was quick I live in a manufactured home and apparently that will not qualify for financing which is fine I could pay outright The sales rep just assumed and never asked and hurried me off the conversation I understand there are a ton of houses that can get solar with all the programs but this is an investment take some time to nurture potential clients

The rep Justin Ryder was very pleasant and tried to assist me however the information he had to provide me was of no use what so ever This is not a reflection on Justin but a short coming of your company
