Seemed nice but actually quite rude
They seemed nice at first but after I told them I would rather not work with them they became RUDE real fast I m not sure what kind of customer service training they are going through but it needs to be revamped The shift from pleasant to disrespectful was so quick I knew I made the right choice in not working with them

I have repeatedly told the rep caller that I am not interested Last time I got rude now she calls and leaves a message an average of five times a day Terrible customer service and no way at all I will ever use this company I ve blocked at least 4 numbers but she uses new ones to get through just to harass me

7 solicitation calls in less than a day even after blocking them They claim that I requested information on solar energy for my home - not true or possible with our HOA rules I cannot stop them from calling even after blocking them They are filling my VM with the same message over and over again as if brainwashing me to think that I somehow did request their harassment No reputable company would do that much less over Laborday weekend Anyone requesting followup from them is obviously asking for trouble
