Good equipment poor service
While the end result is good and the installers were very professional the project management and timescales were unacceptable We ordered in May and only had the installation go live in the last week of October Dates were arranged and not met kit arrived that wasnt suitable for our roof and access equipment remained on our driveway 3-4 days after it was to be collected As a result we missed electrical generation for 5 months which was not reflected in the cost of the product Other friends who ordered with other companies were up and running in 2 weeks
