Appreciated that you went to great lengths to get the 2 colour pink tote for me when you found a last piece in the warehouse That was service beyond expectations I was actually quite disappointed when informed that it was out of stock first time Also enjoying my first spark vegan many uses bag that can be easily converted to a backpack and has many useful compartments and is so soft and beautiful to the touch Very light weight too
