Avoid this company Tracking seem to work then suddenly stopped Unable to contact them except via PayPal where a different tracking number was provided Still not received item and tracking stopped again Luckily I ve paid via PayPal so have now raised a claim

Do not buy from this company- I have had the same experience as others Purchased on the 28th of April- regular updates initially sent regarding shipping and then nothing once it allegedly arrived in the Uk about five weeks ago Response to email was that they cannot issue a refund due to the product being due to be delivered Obviously a complete scam

Do not use this company I ordered my letter light on 25th April Got several emails saying it was in transit It arrived in Scotland apparently about 4 weeks ago They keep telling me they have expedited my delivery but still nothing I have got a refund through PayPal AVOID

In plenty of time before my daughter s birthday in April ordered a resin light Also believed it would arrive within the next couple of weeks as it was a UK based website WRONG Parcel arrived today 2nd July Not anywhere as pretty as the one advertised much smaller too Tracking is FAKE too Parcel arrived via China post Tracking says sent from USA now in UK it s still in London today Really I had chased this up numerous times got nowhere Poor customer service Even emailed the U K courier Got no response WASTE OF MONEY DISAPPOINTED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

So my order arrived yesterday 4 months after i ordered it and it is not even half the size of what they advertise I emailed them yesterday before parcel arrived and got sent more tracking information 1st lot i got sent said my parcel was stuck up north in uk since april yesterdays tracking said it was in india so i emailed them and told them make up their minds where was it It is a tiny letter with 5 flowers in that fits in palm of my hand never will i buy from these scam artists again

Same as all the other reviews Ordered acrylic letter and kept getting fobbed off with it s on its way please be patient It eventually arrived and it doesn t even work it s very badly made and a load of rubbish Now they won t give a refund ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

This company is a bloody scam Please don t order from this site They are stealing money from innocent people and never sending the parcels And will try to get more and more money from the lost parcel Bloody SCAM

This company above Sparkle Moxie avoid after ordering on 2 5 24 a resin initial flower which was for a birthday gift nearly 3 Fridays ago now Firstly never received two they ignore your request when I have now numerous times-requested my money back they ignore your emails Item on order site keeping saying no order or in transit they have taken my money 24 I m so angry now it s now 21st May they will not respond They are scammers I have proof of order and bank transaction - rainbow claw Genuine person customer
