Twinkly can entertain right throughout Christmas experimenting with all different group combinations and the patterns Twinkly are unique for two reasons 1 they are so versatile indoors or outdoors and 2 probably more important help is ALWAYS freely available by email often getting a reply within a few hours They are a bit expensive but if you like patterns and choices they are excellent and so very attractive Well done to all at Customer Care

Excellent customer service Had three icicle strings stop working after a couple seasons and was initially concerned I had made a mistake buying Customer service sent me the replacement power sources with no issues

I recently had a Technical issue which resulted in a faulty power supply The diagnostic support I received was exemplary and they have despatched a replacement power supply what a great outcome thank you

Fabulous Twinkly Lights with superb customer service

Absolutely LOVE our Twinkly light Have six sets with most used year round Had one bulb unfortunately fail last week so contacted customer service What amazing service they give Paola responded quickly and narrowed down the issue with the help of requested photos Replacement in the post and received today and all back working properly Thoroughly recommend and look forward to adding more sets soon

I absolutely LOVE this company and their lights We look forward to Christmas every year to put our lights on our tree We have had them for a few years and ended up buying even more because they are so bright and the customer service is even better

Fantastic product fantastic service Alessia made our experience great We noticed our twinkly power plug was missing after just one season of use I contacted Twinkly customer service on a Sunday and Alessia responded within min thoughtfully asked questions to diagnose the problem was extremely empathetic to our needs and had a power plug shipped to us at no cost Talk about excellent customer service Now our Christmas tree can be just as magical as last year

I had an issue with a power supply not working and contacted twinkly support for assistance They replied promptly and resolved my issue by sending out a new power supply
