Abysmal Company

They are HORRIBLE at communication It took me setting up 4 different appointments to finally get service installed Then we moved 20 minutes away and had to transfer our service The tech did NOT communicate when he would be there tried to come early I left work and waited at home for AN HOUR Their service has a cap and if you go over the cap you pay extra It s a crappy company with crappy customer service

If there was another provider for our area I would leave spark light They are a joke Never got emails for a bill for our service Hell never got a call to tell us either So they shut us off and paid over 300 dollars just to be told we have to wait 2 weeks to get it back on They laugh at you when you ask if there is an earlier date I see techs in my town all the time They took the time out of there day to disconnect us but god forbid them turn it back on Very poor customer service

I got there service yesterday and they said that they be here from 8-12 the following day to install the equipment I called around 10am they told me the same thing lates 12 30 I called again because it said my appointment had been rescheduled so I called to see what was going on they said it will get done I know it takes times but if your not sure of what time you be here then they shouldn t tell the new costumers a time if they won t be there at the time they said now I have to re-plan my whole day because I couldn t get it done today thanks to them saying they be here a certain time there not what a way to start my service with them

Sexist and inappropriate

We got a call from Sparklight today after they d been given our number by our estate agent The man on the phone told us he wanted to come to the house to make it nice and safe so I can be a nice wife and have lots of kids Incredibly inappropriate and uncomfortable and we are honestly astounded at the outdated sexism and audacity displayed
