I ordered a birthday gift on 1st December to be delivered today 18th which at the time of purchase was a guaranteed delivery date The money was of course taken from my account on the 1st I received a tracking number which I checked regularly We get to the 17th and an update says customer data received so I email to ask for confirmation it would arrive Today - the day of the birthday I get a phone call to say what I order was out of stock so therefore would not be delivered They had my order for almost 3 weeks and waited until today to inform me No offer of any voucher or anything to make up for the incompetence Steer clear of this company

It gets worse

So after being told that my item ordered 18 days prior was not in stock on the day of delivery I requested a refund and the contact details of the complaints department I was ignored I requested the information a second time and received a response that didn t even acknowledge the request Have been told a refund is processed but nothing has been received Cannot urge you to shop elsewhere enough Will continue to update on this companies laughable customer service

Package not delivered and customer support unhelpful

My package was apparently delivered to the recipient but the proof of delivery doesn t prove that - it is a photo without any identifying features It was not delivered to the correct place and I m struggling to get help or a resolution from Sparkling Direct

The order was not complete and despite emails to tell Sparking Direct that the order was not complete no response has been received We will not be using this service again

I would leave zero stars I ordered a gift for someone to arrive on their birthday and it still hasn t arrived I ve tried to contact Sparking Direct to no avail Their sales team have been unhelpful and trying to ring them you have to leave a v m

Disappointed with this company

Disappointed with this company I ordered a delivery for my daughter s birthday and was pleased to secure a slot for that day Two days later I received an email telling me that they had made an error and that delivery slot was not available By then her birthday was the following day and it was too late for me to arrange something else It finally arrived at hers on the evening of the dat after her birthday Poor service don t recommend

One of if not THE worst company I have dealt with

After asking this company for their complaints department contact I was ignored I asked again and got a response from someone named Jacky who stated your complaint has been fully responded to that response was sorry but we already explained there was a stock take error - a stock take error that took 18 to realise and was only mentioned to me on the day of delivery after I followed up Just for context - my grandad received no birthday present on his 86th birthday which he had to spend alone No remorse care or consideration show by this company Overall experience can only be described as disgusting and disgraceful

I tried to amend a delivery address in the UK after the order has been placed from Sydney Australia but long before the gift was due for delivery Despite 3 emails and 7 attempted phone calls which went directly to voice mail there was absolutely no response from the company I will never use them again and warn other potential customers to be wary of using this company There are plenty of other reputable companies that offer better service

So disappointing Ordered on time payed and on the same day when it was supposed to deliver I have checked with customer service Unfortunately only to know that my order is planned for three days latter Looking at their rewievs on other websites I can see that this problem happens with many customers lately So avoid them as they will ruin your plans

Just awful

I ordered champagne chocolates and a balloon for my daughters birthday I paid an extra 8 for a Saturday delivery She was celebrating at a castle for the weekend I provided full address details and post code and my phone number in case of any problems I heard not a word and she did not receive anything Totally spoilt the surprise I planned for my daughter it was a special birthday which I can never get back to celebrate Diabolical Do not use them
