odd sizing practices

Beware of sizes on this website - they aren t always what they say they are - for example work out this message I received from them - Our warehouse uses the EU size as the reference size which does sometimes mean that their is a incoherence between the UK size ordered and the UK size received The size I ordered was wrong and I had no idea what size to order After 2 pairs I ended up with a refund

DON T PAY FOR PREMIUM SERVICE

Premium service which you pay for annually is the biggest con ever You DO NOT get the discount and you DO NOT get the ability to pay in the 3 instalments if you order more than one item Trying to get a response from customer Services is an absolute nightmare ALL items on the site are VERY VERY overpriced CUSTOMER SERVICE is just appalling

You should read your messages

ordered a pair of childs crocs and specifically asked for them not to be despatched until 15th August now been informed they have been despatched with delivery 11th August I am away from the 9th that is why I requested delivery from the 15th You should check your messages when people order from you - I have no neighbours that can take my order in hence my request for a later delivery

premium service

I was invited by email to join the premium service for free for a year which I did as it said I could pay in three instalments for my orders I placed an order and full payment was taken immediately I queried this with customer service and they said it only counted on orders over 50 there was no mention of ths in the email or on their website quite a poor way to treat so called premium customers let alone standard ones

Too early to say paid for next day

Too early to say paid for next day delivery it s mid-afternoon and no sign Tracking says it s at the national sorting hub since 4am so I m not hopeful 1st and possibly last time using Spartoo Thanks for the reply after about a month and yes your colleague was very helpful after multiple attempts to contact you via the website phone Unfortunately that doesn t allay my concerns with your service and your response times

Poor customer service

This online store has excellent choice and it s great that delivery and returns are free However I wish to return my items via the post office which the website says is possible - but the online system doesn t give me that option There is only one Collect store on the island I live on and it s 20 miles away I emailed Customer Services FIVE days ago and have received no reply Awful

They sent me the wrong size

Nice shoes but I ve been sent the wrong size Unfortunately I ordered a size 3 5 and I received a size 3 This is very disappointing I have tried numerous times to call the contact number which should be open Mon - Fri between 8am - 5pm however the phone line is closed I can t get through to anyone This is causing me a lot of unneeded stress and inconvenience Why has this happened to my order I expect a response and for this to be rectified asap Be cautious buyers

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SCAM

Their search function is rubbish and does not return all possible purchase options Using Google was better than using their own search function Lastly they had got me to fill out a survey for them for a promise of 10 off my next purchase but when I came to use it I was told that because there were only partner products what the hell are those actually who cares in my basket that I could not claim any money off

What an experience

What an experience wow I cannot believe after reading reviews I still went ahead to order from this company I ordered boys converse witch had little animals on looked so cute for my little boy they came rather quickly however when I opened the box I received girls silver glitter converse I emailed the company straight away to then be told I have to pay to send these back myself as it was there fault with the pandemic and with me not owning a printer to then print of the return letter witch you don t receive had to get it by email they said they ll send me one out in the post I ve waited over 2 weeks and still not received it they are now ignoring me emails
