Sent me the wrong size shoe - TWICE

I ordered a couple of shoes from Spartoo - both arrived very quickly However one of the pairs I recieved was not the size I ordered I sent it back and requested another pair in the correct size Unfortunately when they arrived they were also inthe wrong size I don t know what happened but it was just annoying so I sent them back and purchased from another online site Returns policy and customer service all very good though

Why such a big price different to Ireland v s UK

Hi I live in Ireland and found a pair of boots for my daughter on your site These were 40 pounds Approx 50 euro but if you went to the Ireland site they were 81 euro - A rip off I have ended up getting them sent to my brother in England who is going to post them on to me this will cost approx 5 to 10 euro I cant understand why there is such a price difference for delivery

super product but incorrect description

I ordered black toddler mary janes in size 6 5 The shoes that arrived were the ones I ordered and looked gorgeous but on the box it said they were dark blue very very dark but still Also they were marked as size eu24 Spartoo s translation of this was 6 5 but eu24 is a uk 7 in other words the shoes we bought though very nice are too big and not the colour we thought we bought

No response to my email

I have recently contacted you with a complaint about the Yodel delivery company which you use for your deliveries in Gloucestershire - I had no response from you at all The item that I ordered was delivered eventually but your lack of response and your choice of unreliable parcel deliverer left me rather disappointed Because of the bad experience with Yodel I am unlikely to order from you again

Not 5 stars by any means well not yet anyway

I ordered size 45 boots size 44 delivered so of course didn t fit Returned to nearest pick up point 20 miles away from home Waiting on replacements Needed for weekend and had to leave without them and not back home for 3 weeks so goodness knows where they will end up Kind of regret ordering from Spartoo don t know why I did in the first place Should have stuck with Amazon and I d be wearing them just now

Change courier

My original review was Not happy at all i purchased some new shoes a couple weeks ago and they were due to be delivered between in 6 working days and they still haven t arrived They were delivered today Shoes in good condition I did complain to customer services who were very helpful and explained the situation well and is justifiable although i do suggest changing the courier

1st buying experience with Spartoo

Purchased a pair of Geox Leather Desert Boots Great product and delivered really quickly No information on how to clean them as they are a suede leather Cost 115 00 not cheap Unfortunately recommended them to a friend a couple of days later who when going on the Spartoo site discovered they are now 128 bad practice from Spartoo and needless to say friend did not buy them Bad experience they need to stick with their price

Nice shoes

Happy with shoes but very disappointed that they could not be sent directly to me here in Ireland I had to get them sent to a relative in UK and then they forwarded them on to me I only went for this option as I had been looking for these particular shoes for ages otherwise I wouldn t have bothered Can t understand why delivery to Ireland is not possible

Good Trainers but not the one s we were expecting

We ordered the trainers from the website and was very disappointed that the one s delivered were totally different to the ones shown in the pictures This is very misleading and although they are the same colour and are comfortable the one s advertised had air holes in the top but the ones we received are totally closed in Good quick delivery service just not the article shown -

Web site not good to use

i tried about five times to purchase boots from the website Each time the payment section froze so I had to cancel Luckily while searching on eBay I found the boots I wanted and could buy them via the site This time it was ok However when the boots arrived they were far too baggy in the calf which was the whole point for me buying them they were supposed to be slim fitting I am now sending them back
