Nice brand - good price

I bought two Derhy dresses that I couldn t get directly from Derhy in my size - the price was competitive but the delivery took longer than I expected Derhy deliver from Paris by regular mail in two days whereas Spartoo took almost a week so some improvement needed there Otherwise the product was exactly what I wanted and I will look again on Spartoo for branded goods

Good service

Ordered a pair of shoes and accidentally got sent the wrong size Via site easily sorted a return at no cost to myself with the ability to track the package Once delivered contacted quickly by the company via email and after an efficient phone call the correct item dispatched and arrived next day without issue Overall a good experience except the minor sizing issue

Good service

Having read various comments that the Ash shoes come up big I ordered a size 4 I could really have done with a 4 5 but 5 would have been too big so am happy with what I ve got The service from Spartoo was really quick efficient particularly as there was no extra P P added Have only taken a star off due to no half sizes being available I wish more shoe companies would provide this

Very impressed with the service even if I did get the wrong shoes

I was amazed my call was answered so quickly I recived my order sooner than expected and was updated There was a problem as I was sent the wrong size shoe However I was dealt with as well as could be expected following that so am left feeling positive about the company The person on the phone was appolgetic informative and investigated the issue immediately and clearly

fantastic boots quality style and fit is perfect

I love my new boots the quality style and fit is perfect They arrived with a small mark on them and i was given a discount to keep them The only complaint i have is i didnt receive one single email to confirm the order was recieved or even dispatched I know its only a small thing but when purchasing goods online its comforting to get some sort of communication when entrusting you with our credit card details

Can t fault the company but

The sizing for certain items are ridiculous I ordered a nice Diesel t-shirt in a size XS as I know they come up slightly bigger However when I received my order the XS measured in at a 43 chest - hence way too big Other than that I can t fault the company as they were efficient in how they handled my order and the delivery plus free returns

Practical reliable but too many emails

I loved my shoes and the fact that I was able to find a perfect fit without the hassle of physically going to shop not a fan of spending long hours shopping However I must stress that from the moment I signed in 1 week ago I must have received more than 10 emails from Spartoo I find that way too invasive and unefficient as I directly deleted all the promotional ones

The shoes arrived in perfect condition

Update They resolved the issue Thanks Despite the checkout page and the confirmation email that Adriana sent to me confirming that the price shown is in Dollars I specifically emailed and asked her they charged me in euros Also my bank charged me for foreign currency fee I ended up paying 31 more than the shoes price

Good products at good prices

Trying to locate a specific pair of trainers as a Christmas present was proving troublesome until spartoo came to the rescue Offering the product I wanted at one of the best prices I had seen Easy to register my details and order and very fast delivery especially so close to Christmas So thanks Spartoo for helping make my Christmas shopping just that little bit easier Hopefully the present will be as greatfully received
