I ve just ordered for the second time from Spartoo with no problem my first order of walking boots came well before the estimated time of delivery and at a cheaper price than many other sites I researched Looking forward to my next delivery

I don t normally write reviews but feel I need to counter some of the negative feedback on this site I had not heard of spartoo but they came up with a best price on a google search for a Tresspass jacket 27 I searched reviews as it seemed to be too good to be true as half the price of my normal go-to sites I was a little concerned to see so many one star reviews but eventually went with it as a test Am so glad I did - the goods came by Hermes within 4 days Was shipped directly from Tressspass with a supplier returns label - I think this is why there is some confusion as spartoo will not handle the goods directly so would not pay to have them shipped back Really glad I took the plunge and will definitely use them again if the price is right

When I was wanting to order from here I was very hesitant due to many bad reviews but I think more people are keen to write a bad review rather than a good one I ordered from here and I was really happy with the service The price was great and I received a tracking number so I could always check where my parcel was I got constant updates from customer service about my parcel which was great Order from here Don t be put off by the bad reviews

Received my Teva sandals today Exactly what I was expecting to receive and everything was perfect Super speedy shipping with great communication confirming shipment packing was great etc etc including the great price Thank you

I read some bad reviews and so was hesitant to order but couldn t find what I wanted in stock anywhere else They arrived on time and look great I paid extra for next day delivery and had no issues I would buy from here again

This website gets a lot of stick on Trustpilot but I can only go on my experience There s a pair of Versace trainers I lusted after that were sold out in my size everywhere with an RRP of 165 Spartoo had them in my size for 120 cheaper than anywhere else Delivery took around five days in total from the moment I ordered it two days to process and three days to arrive from their French warehouse I was unaware that items over 130 were subject to an additional tax and this wasn t highlighted anywhere except the small print terms and conditions luckily I missed the cut off but do feel they should display this information more prominently before a purchase is completed Besides that however I actually can t fault them at all The shoes arrived they re perfect and I m one very happy customer Do not be too put off by the amount of negativity on here - People whinge too much

I was a little skeptical US buyer especially after they said they had tk verify my purchase I did not want to enter my info but reluctantly I did My order shipped within 24 hours and was delivered another 24 hours later

I had issues ordering a pair of ladies white sneakers as the discount code would not work I contacted the company by phone and Adriana was extremely helpful in assisting me with placing my order and arranging for the discount code amount to be refunded She even went the extra mile and refunded my postage for all the inconvenience I experienced Can t get better customer service than that In these difficult times it is unusual to get this level of customer care Thank you so much Haven t received my sneakers but I m sure there will not be any problems Wouldn t hesitate in ordering from Spartcoo again

Ordered a hoodie packaged as RubberSole but purchased via SparToo Username and password work on both sites but the order is showing on RubberSole Due to covid border closures the package was delayed kept fully informed and was delivered one day later than the estimated delivery day
