Quality product great price free over-the-Atlantic 5 days delivery

Bought a pair of German slippers I live in the US Los Angeles area and ordered those on Friday evening DLH tracking number was issued on Monday morning and I received the package delivered from France on Wednesday for free delivery

Don t normally leave reviews but I regularly buy from Spartoo for my shoe embellishing business I am amazed there are negative reviews They always have the shoes I need in stock not overpriced and customer service is great As a regular buyer I paid for the annual delivery subscription It gives discount on every sale loyalty points and you get next day delivery I have saved a fortune this last 12 months

I tentatively ordered a pair of Nike Air Force 1 07 for my son as they were sold out everywhere else I will be honest and say I was a little apprehensive due to negative reviews However they have arrived today way ahead of the estimated delivery time and exactly as ordered I am extremely pleased despite having to pay 30 more than the rrp Happy Christmas

Was on the lookout for my favourite Birkenstock shearling slippers which have sold out everywhere Spotted them in my size on Spartoo co uk but was nervous about buying due to the reviews My personal experience of ordering has been brilliant Order placed Monday night fully tracked delivery from Hermes and arrived to my London address Wed lunchtime Slippers are perfect brand new in original Birkenstock box and 50 cheaper than elsewhere Perhaps the returns process is tricky If you know exactly what you are buying and are confident in sizing I wouldn t hesitate to place an order I knew my size having owned the same shoes before Impressed with the speedy service thank you

Overall Very Good Despite the lack of clarity over items

Despite the lack of clarity over items arriving from France when site was advertised in UK Inwhich they insisted this is something they are tying to improve I have to say the customer service was excellent So supportive reasonable and so quick in replying to queries Adriana did a brilliant job resolving any issues and the product finally purchased from the UK sister website was of great quality Thanks
