Returned items 22 because it was not working with my bar end mirrors then I received a email saying it got damaged during the return HOW IS THAT MY FAULT THEN OFFER ME 4 REFUND This company is a joke run by absolute clowns

Totally useless at helping potential customer
I asked for their knowledge advice on their slip on exhausts as i was unsure what i should be going for I admit my inquiry was a bit lengthy but I didn t expect a one line answer They had absolutely no interest in helping out a potential customer So much for biker helping biker I certainly wouldn t recommend this company to anyone if that s how they treat you

I was really pleased with the information provided by Dave before I placed an order the quality quantity of packaging and the quality of the product itself a motorbike exhaust bought in September 2016 Very impressed indeed overall and I would absolutely recommend SP Engineering to anyone considering buying from them

Top quality customer service from the
Top quality customer service from the minute I 1st accessed the website Great exhaust great price great packaging great sound great looking and a good performance increase too I uploaded a photo of the exhaust fitted to my bike and they politely asked if they could use it as an advert which I agreed to I lost the baffle screw recently they have posted me a free replacement and haven t even asked for postage cost Really good customer service that is far too hard to come by these days I highly recommend this company and will not go anywhere else now

I bought an Oval Carbon Outlet Diabolus XL Satin Black Exhaust from SP engineering and was very happy with the look and sound when fitted over 10 months later some paint started peeling off and I returned the exhaust for investigation I was told that it was a manufacturing defect with my particular exhaust and it was replaced without question What fantastic customer service Thank you Dave

One of the best companies of its kind
Bought an exhaust for my Triumph Tiger 1050 Sport today Dave and Steve fitted it for me no fuss nothing was a problem despite it being much more intricate than envisaged Must say I was very impressed generally and would thoroughly recommend these guys for their attitude product and price I am one absolutely delighted customer exhaust looks and sounds great thanks guys

Fantastic company to deal with I ordered an exhaust on Sunday and as promised it turned up on Tuesday via UPS despite the current situation The craftsmanship of the can and all extras is second to none and I have no hesitations about recommending SP Engineering to my friends They are quick to respond to emails and always as helpful as they can be
