Fraudulent act
On the 21st of May 2024 I deposited first 100 which didn t got on my balance 10minutes later i made another 100 and again it didn t got into the balance and I made the third attempt deposited 100 I made dozens of complaints in the live chat and I was told that was a technical issue and my funds will be returned into my bank account within 24-72 hours That didn t happened and I used the email address they have on the website I sent screenshots of the deposits and also a screenshot of the playing history for that night Nothing happened after two months I received an email asking me for more proof although I sent the bank statements and playing history I believe strongly that Spinanga committed a fraudulent act I ll take further action is all about trust in the company and pure simple the principles of the regulations
