after the reply Nothing has been resolved they just give the same answer that they think I ve broken a rule which isn t stated anywhere That s it stay away from these scammers Worst Casino out there I deposited and used their welcome bonus and reached an amount of 10500DKK after end wager period I did save a couple of bonusses within the wagering perdiod and opened them long before end wager There s no rules in the terms that states anything about this should be illegal this is just another way for the casino to scam their players for their money I contacted the live support and the actually just hung up on me Like straight up said Bye and closed the chat After that I heard nothing I wrote them an email and yesterday I tried to login to get in contact with support and puff My account has been closed no communication from the Casino at all This will get reported to all the nessecary instances Save your time and money dont ever play on this casino They re scamming people as you can see on the other reviews as well

Customer service is a bad joke they do not have any good answers just general information I tryed to make a withdrawal and they closed my account and sayed that i did not passed the verification even if i provided them all the documents they requested and the money dissapeared as well

So i deposited 5000 kronor and i started slowly winning it up to 35000 kronor Suddenly i couldnt bet anymore than 1 krona per match I was limited Then the hell started i tried to withdraw this amount i won I gave them all verification they wanted even alot of papers from the bank and bank account But everytime i sent in it they wanted something new They just made up stupids things to keep my money locked I made verifaction problem on 20 sites and never had problem But it took me 4 monthes and alot of bank calls But it took that i last threatened them with Swedish Inspection then they unlocked it so i could withdraw Worst support ever they limit winning accounts and it you will go mad if you have to do verification Play on other casinos and save the trouble

They will impose limits on all your bets They will do everything to not allow you to withdraw money This is a pure scam They told me that verification is not necessary but when I triend to withdraw money then they said of course it is necessary I sent them all necessary documents so they stop reply on my messages Scam
