Still waiting after 9 days

Still waiting after 9 days I understand it s due today I raised a concern that Royal Mail tracking still said it was waiting to receive it I was told to be patient even though my order stays was never updated to dispatched and I never had any correspondence after placing the order had to chase nearly every day and a replacement was sent yesterday apparently Thanks for resolving but this was a negative experience
