I did not receive the broadcast at all

more than a month ago I have ordered the goods and I have not received it that product has also left the range and I have not received the money back my email also does not respond

I ordered this item paid for a three day delivery 3 95 I received a email two day later telling me that the item i ordered was out of stock this was not mentioned on the web site the email stated i would be informed when it was available To date I still have not received this product poor customer service

Order an item and it failed to turn up after 2weeks i cancelled it never got my money back 5weeks later i received the item in the post

I placed an order only to be told later via email that there was no stock but they d order some soon but no indication of when Since the I haven t heard anything But they still took my money Items shouldn t be advertised on the site that are out or stock and you shouldn t settle funds until product is dispatched

Shop soiled goods sold as new

Two knives were purchased from a sale offer in a magazine The knives were not described as damaged or shop soiled etc so were assumed to be new One of the knives had scratches on the blade and looked like it had been handled The other came in a torn and very used looking box and there were parts missing from the sheath assembly and the parts looked like they had been re-bagged Packaging was poor the product boxes were just wrapped in paper and put in a plastic courier bag with no cushioning or other protective material Conseqently both boxes had suffered in transit The only good thing about the experience was free next day shipping

Peasant knife

Great service from sporting cutlery but the quality of the knife was average at best there was a chip in one of the scales and the grind of the knife is poor and wonky

product very good deliery needs adressing

The product is very good quality would orders another in time when it was delivered I was out they left it a neighbour it wasn t signed for and not told if it was left with a neighbour or if they were going to try again
