How many timeSport Direct does not return the money to the customer s does a client have to
I am extremely disappointed with Sports Direct I placed an order on 18 06 2024 and to this day I have not received my package It has been 2 weeks since I placed the order and there has been no update on its status I have tried reaching out to customer service multiple times but I have either been ignored or given unhelpful responses This is unacceptable and I expected much better service from Sports Direct I hope this issue can be resolved promptly
