dissapointed a little

Product excellent dispatched promptly however delivery company took nearly a week more than promised

Good product but bad packaging

The product is good quality but the packaging is not great The jersey was in a plastic bag itself in another black plastic bag so that we could not see the content of the package Both bags had holes so the jersey arrived stained For a gift it s not great

good shoes but sadly was done like trash boxing for 3 pair of basket 1 totaly break 1 with many impact and break Last one was the more normal and less breaked But many impact on it All of that inside an big bag like trash bag with holes on it Love your shoes and accessory but really dislike your quality of shipping and drop out

It took a lot of time to handle my case

It took a lot of time to handle my case where i didn t receive my shoes they are sending me another one but did not compensate for the time

Does not respect delivery times

When i did command on tuesday my product I asked for a fast delivery most expensive because I needed it to go in holidays on the sunday I should received it at home between 1 and 3 days so latest on friday The pack arrived on the next monday

Could be improved

Not so happy -Size given are UK one not EU but it is not so clear consequences I ve received shoes which are too small extra cost for quick shipping shipping cost for return shipping cost for the order of the new bigger size -I now have received the new bigger shoes perfect but as more 1 week after Sports Direct has still not send the reimbursement the new challenge was to find a way to send a message The web site is organize not to give you any chance to communicate only unsuitable FAQ that guide you to FAQ

This is not the first time that I have placed an order on this site but for this order the package was lost in the warehouse after more than a week of exchange by email the package was returned and received
