Worse experience ever on online purchases

I placed an order and received the wrong items then I returned them for which I had to pay because the policy for returns but then my items have been stolen at the warehouse but cannot get my refund I would not recommend any purchase with sport direct

Wrong item received and l ended up paying for the wrong item and the correct item was never sent and if p wanted it sent l had to pay another 11 in postage

Very disappointing

I ordered a pair of adidas predator football boots on the 15th of January and I was sent an email on the day my boots were supposed to arrive saying that my package was returned to the sender as the postman could not find my apartment even though I gave clear instructions I sent numerous emails to sports direct asking for my package to be delivered to a different adress and I have still not had a response I had always shopped with sportsdirect in the past as they have always had a great selection of products but from now on I may have to consider other alternatives Possibly the worst online shopping experience Ive ever had very disappointing
