Poor customer experience
First it shouldn t be at the customer charge to return an article Buying online means we can not try out the items so I ordered 2 sizes to save time and return the one not fitting Second it s impossible to join your customer service Even by a chat it s complicated All links lead to something similar elsewhere on purpose to not speak to someone To date I haven t received my refund yet and there is nowhere I can claim it from your links It says allow 7 days that s all It s been 9 days now I think the customer experience is poor and I won t buy from your site in the futur You are a big firm you could have a better service
