I am extremely disappointed with Sports Direct I placed an order on 18 06 2024 and to this day I have not received my package It has been 2 weeks since I placed the order and there has been no update on its status I have tried reaching out to customer service multiple times but I have either been ignored or given unhelpful responses This is unacceptable and I expected much better service from Sports Direct I hope this issue can be resolved promptly

How many times does a client have to write to you and beg you that s outrageous When will you write the manager s phone number Should I file a complaint with the court because Sport Direct steals their customers money Write the manager s phone number You investigate for 1 month and there is no result and you do not return the stolen money from the customers You are in a combo with Evri Absolute disgrace We deliver and return shipments with Euros there is no tracking information for the shipment neither on delivery nor on return In the end Evri loses the shipment and Sport Direct does not return the money to the customer

They refuse to give you a full refund and will only give you a credit note - therefore if you are unable to spend that credit note in the shop they still get to keep your hard earned money I will never ever ever spend any of my money at this store ever again UK This is a criminal act in my eye I am out of options I was sold to sell my credit note on eBay by the shop manager Absolutely disgusting

I Ordered shoes which was too small I asked for a return Return procedure is long 21 days to be pay back after reception so around one month and not free you have to pay 5 euros First my return was not send to Sport direct but to me by their return supplier I had to ask a new one to the customer service You can t join them by phone only mail or chat and you always have different answers with imprecisions By the way I had to pay again the second return as they didn t assume suppliers errors i had to assume it financially as they didn t want to pay me back the first return I had to pay twice Conclusion I bought shoes on the 22 11 and I still waiting to be reimbursed I had to pay twice so 10 euros to send shoes back and customer service had no consideration on that point just proposed me 10 for the future But they can be sure that I will never order something again on their website following this disastrous and old fashioned experience If you don t have a good organization and know-how to sell online don t
