I recently purchased a Flip Up Screen and crash bars for my Pan European from Bike-Quip and I couldn t be happier with my experience The quality of both items is absolutely top-notch reflecting excellent craftsmanship and durability What impressed me even more was the care taken in packaging the products They arrived in perfect condition which is a testament to the seller s attention to detail Despite the busy Christmas period the delivery was quicker than expected a pleasant surprise Highly recommend Bike-Quip for anyone looking for quality motorcycle accessories and excellent service I ll definitely be a returning customer

Quality service very professional

Sent my screen mechanism off to Steve He phoned me to tell me he had received it and ran through the process on the repair He fitted two cables and a new gear On return he also called me to confirm the job was complete and ready to ship The mechanism now operates very smooth and I have the added bonus its better than oem Iam so happy with the mechanism and Steve s work ethic from start to finish Anybody with a defective screen don t hesitate and contact bike-quip Cheers Steve

A simple and easy to use website simple system of if it goes in your basket it s in stock Communications from the seller were excellent The items ordered were extremely well packaged and even had open this way first handwritten on the outside of the package The billing order details included were even personalised A real pleasure to do business with this company a lot of bigger corporations could learn an awful lot from them Thanks

The quality of the items appear to be first class and the fitting instructions are easy to understand - I have to admit with the Christmas holidays I haven t fitted them yet but do not foresee any issues Certainly have no issues with this item or the service of the seller and intend to use this seller again
