Ordered received with quick delivery and installed Bike-Quip s Crash Bars with two intentions 1 as the best insurance in protecting the original mint panniers and 2 to give me an ergonomic lift point to upright the bike in a back to bike leg lift The bars fit and look stock very nice quality Unknown to me and as a pleasant surprise my bank card was refunded a portion of the lower actual shipping costs from the higher original invoice shipping cost Bike-Quip honesty and integrity is sincerely appreciated

It was the middle of the night over here in the USA I received an email answering my shipping question My order was perfect in every way delivered super quick I have purchased a number of items including the reflective decal which went on super easy now the crash bars They are really nicely made easy to install even for a girl They look great I hope I never need them

Very quick postage and problem resolution Packing and fitting instructions were very good Screen is much better than the original and has just saved me from buffering and flies on a trip to Southern Spain
