Dental Clinic on Hatfield Rd Very unsatisfied with the service provided over the phone by who I believe was a receptionist I was trying to communicate with her for two consecutive days with no response I ve had a missed call which I replied to on the same day at 4pm yesterday but I was told they are about to close for the day and they will call me today No call until 4 00pm so I called back and the same receptionist happened to be extremely rude and clearly unhappy to be bothered at this time hanged up on me two times in a row phone slammed down Third call - no answer at all I understand you finish at 5pm but lines are open till 5 So many negative feedbacks about the receptionist on google reviews I don t know what relationships you have with the dentists there for you to be so important but your job is to talk to patients in a kind professional manner

The receptionist doesn t seem to care about your presence She registers your name as soon as you arrive and is perfectly fine with you sitting there showing little regard for your appointment time I was seen by the hygienist 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment Moreover the hygienist was rude and questioned me in a manner reminiscent of a crime investigator interrogating a suspect on a TV show
