I couldn t be more grateful for Mark s exceptional craftsmanship and kindness in building a Bailey chair for my dog He delivered it in record time and went above and beyond to ensure it was tailored perfectly to Lilo s needs Mark s helpfulness accommodation and friendliness were very comforting in such a difficult situation like a megaesophagus diagnosis is My dog is now able to safely enjoy meal times all thanks to Mark s dedication and care I highly recommend his services to anyone

I can not thank this man enough went out his way and made me a whelping box within a few hours as I m unable to reach in a cage to get puppys out to feed 100 gratefull and will deffo recommend to everyone who s asked for anything to be made

Bailey Chair

I contacted Mark about his Bailey chairs for dogs suffering from megaoesophagus His response was amazing He was so kind and understanding and after receiving her measurements Friday evening he made the chair yesterday and then did a 300 mile round trip today to deliver the chair The chair is well made and sturdy I am so thankful to Mark for making and delivering the chair to us so quickly

Great dog crate

This was a purchase we wanted as we had space under counter the dog crate was but wanted it to be more in keeping with the new kitchen units We found Mark s site and saw a style we liked with sliding doors but not the std dimensions quote I called Mark who was so helpful and knowledgeable and when I said these are my dimensions he was happy to draw up a rough plan which he sent to me and we agreed on a design that was best and agree on a two door opening at the front of the cage So happy with his craftsmanship and customer service He even delivered it assembled Fantastic Fastastic Fantastic
