I contacted Mark at short notice and said I d need my whelping box asap Mark contacted me within the hour and had the box made and hand delivered within 48hrs The weather was awful but mark was still willing to deliever the box which i was so greatful for The box its self is made to such a high standard and worth every penny I just no this will last us for many litters to come Thank you so much for being so efficient and extremely helpful 5

The tortoise table is very well made with good quality wood and all made by hand in a small workshop not mass produced The turnaround to build my table and to deliver it was exceptional Absolutely first class customer service and probably the best I ve ever received The communication is exemplary too with contact from start to finishI cannot recommend this seller enough and would say to anyone take a look at this sellers profile Fantastic value for money for such a high quality product and the personal transaction is exemplary Thank you Mark

Oh my goodness I can t believe how amazing Mark is He has been so kind Not only is all the work I ve ordered from him impeccable his communication and efficiency is outstanding I ve had made to measure items made and the most recent item I ordered was for my really sick dog He did everything he could to make the item a Bailey chair to our requirements and hand delivered it to us This item will make her end of life care much kinder for us and for her Mark I can t thank you enough
