Maria Unprofessional staffTotally unexpectable and arrogance in each and every wordAnnoying and invading my privacy and distributing me during work and during driving and every call is like 40 minutes longI miss so many important calls during their unwanted sales pitch Every time I respected to her because she s a lady and I don t misbehave with ladies Every time her excuse is I m doing my job like she s the only one in the world doing a job and rest of the world is enjoying There s a thin line between trying to sell anf and annoying people and this company especially do not understand thatBottom line DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY PERIOD

Everything is fine until you decide to withdraw your profit While withdrawing using your Credit Debit Card from another broker takes no more than a day they hold your money for 14 days and you lose it for 14 days because the money is not in your trading account or your bank account I will update this review if I receive my money after 14 days I don t recommend them as they seem more like a scammer Be careful guys

Absolutely disgraceful company Total scammers I foolishly used them to access a trader strategy and they stole my money I requested a withdrawal and never got my money back All their support options go nowhere and they give you no assistance Stay well away from StarTrader

I need my money back Depositing 300 and loosing it within 2 days under the hands of one of the stupid staff staff called Asif and his friend was not acceptable They are now not picking up my calls and only 18 left in my account I need a refund of my money or bonus to start off my account or else I will make sure no one gets scammed like me by this broker on social media My Account no Is 9043100 check your records and give my refund asap

This company is a scam company They let pamm account managers Ie PRO TRADER DAN open pamm accounts and use people s deposits then he just wipes the account clean in one day after the account is doing so well They just turn around and say oh well there will be losses And send you there contract which obvs has this written in There in with the scam with the account manager

SlippageI like this company however their slippage is becoming increasingly outrageous Please STARTRADER work on calibrating your system so that we get fair pricing

Someone got in my account and took out 900 via crypto wallet without me knowing and without giving me any heads up nor notify me about someone got in my account like they should and my account should have been secured with all kind of security but still happened This must have been inside job

I bought 5 lots of Dow jones index on a friday and 10 lots of USOIL and wanted to keep the 2 Trads until monday Then when i Saw he SWAP cost 324 USD to keep the Trades over the weekend i Got shocked They even reducted the SWAP cost in My balance at saturday before the market was even open again on next monday For me it look like total fraud and SCAM that they do like This and i dont beleive This is legal to do

Tried to deposit funds due to margin call using same card as used before then used different cards from different banks all were rejected by startrader but my banks approved all transactions This end up with lo0ssing my account due to margin call during trading in single day
