Terrible service I ve asked for my money multiple times but they keep ignoring me Switched to Equity Pathway llc and it s been amazing Making real money now Don t waste your time with these clowns

Opened my account today It was straight forward I deposited 450 which left my bank account but went AWOL and did not show on my balance It did show on the transactions page as incomplete The website froze after I had confirmed the payment in my banking app I contacted customer services straight away and they said the relevant department would look into it It was sorted after a few hours I am a litte apprehensive after reading some of the reviews after my issue with the deposit but I had to use this broker as a condition to get on to a free course So far shakey start but handled professionally I ll be back to talk about my first withdrawal experience at some point in the future as that seems to be a touch point according to other reviews
