Opened my account today It was straight forward I deposited 450 which left my bank account but went AWOL and did not show on my balance It did show on the transactions page as incomplete The website froze after I had confirmed the payment in my banking app I contacted customer services straight away and they said the relevant department would look into it It was sorted after a few hours I am a litte apprehensive after reading some of the reviews after my issue with the deposit but I had to use this broker as a condition to get on to a free course So far shakey start but handled professionally I ll be back to talk about my first withdrawal experience at some point in the future as that seems to be a touch point according to other reviews

Startrader provide viable ways to trade The spreads are very reasonable and the speed at which the trades enter the market is good enough for my liking Customer support is active although sometimes it is not very easily accessible In general it is good for traders seeking uncomplicated trading platform to deal with

Good selection of stocks Spreads are good but I give 4 stars because there are no cryptocurrencies covered Hope this asset class will be integrated soon Other than that the offer is complete and customer support is very responsive

I choose this broker as my mean of trading and for two main reasons many assets to trade like over 1000 High leverage for trading 1 500 The other reasons are there as well like their platform is smooth and accounts are simple and nice I think support can be better in communication this one here is for improvement in the future
