My sales rep John was extremely helpful patiently explaining the service and helping me to select hardware We talked back and forth for about a week He was very understanding as i took my time to compare services and never pressured me with the hard sell at any time Just there with answers and spot on time with calls and follow up Working in the background he walked my account through the application process and was very diligent communicating to make sure the process went smoothly and quickly We made an appointment for a call with a tech to set up my preferences on the card reader and to verify that everything was working Im not quite open yet so I haven t actually used the system for sales but if my experience so far is any indication then ill be very happy with the service
